You have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase with us, providing your order has not been shipped. If you, the shopper, cancel the order prior to dispatch, you will have your payment returned via PayPal. If you are registering for an event, you will be removed from the ticketed guest-list of an event.
Please note, that you cannot receive a refund after the event has passed and/or within 48 hours prior to an event or in the case of products, once the product has been dispatched.
